Meet your Nerdy Neighbor

Local expertise with a neighborly approach

I’m John Ross—a Eureka Springs technology professional (nerd), certified GISP (map nerd), and Marine Corps veteran. I grew up here, graduated here, and met my wife here. As soon as we were able, we brought our family home to Eureka Springs.

I started Nerdy Neighbor because too many people are left feeling embarrassed, overwhelmed, or pressured when they need technology help. My goal is to give my neighbors patient answers, clear choices, and practical help without judgment or confusing jargon.
